This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Mind Matrix Global. Please read it carefully before purchasing.

1. Free Trial

We offer a 10 -day free trial so you can test the platform before paying. No payment is required for trial access (unless stated otherwise on the checkout page).

2. Cancellation

You may request cancellation at any time by contacting us at support@mindmatrixglobal.com.

Cancellation stops future billing (if applicable).
You may continue to have access until the end of your current paid period unless otherwise stated.

3. Refund Eligibility

For the Yearly Membership (RM 169/year), you may request a refund within 7 days from the purchase date, subject to the conditions below.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@mindmatrixglobal.com.
We may request your account email/username and payment reference to locate the transaction.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may be denied in the following situations:

Requests made after the 7-day refund window .
Abuse of the platform, fraud, policy violations, or chargeback abuse
Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
Third-party fees not controlled by us (if applicable), e.g., currency conversion or bank fees

5. Processing Time

If your refund is approved, we will initiate the refund. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have a billing issue, please contact us first so we can help. Filing a chargeback may delay resolution and could result in account suspension while the dispute is reviewed.

7. Auto-Renewal (If Applicable)

We do not auto-renew your membership unless stated otherwise on the checkout page. If we enable auto-renewal in the future, we will update this policy and our checkout disclosures.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
